		<description>I agree with this article 100%.  I am interested in starting a non profit rescue and want to know what is considered reasonable care and reasonable adoption procedures. My mission is for my organization to do the job it is intended to do...find good homes for adoptable pets.  I feel it would be the best use of my donor&#039;s funds to find homes for as many dogs as possible instead of using their funds to care for the same dogs for life. Any guidance would be appreciated.</description>
